A school district official quotes the Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative as estimating power will be restored within 15 minutes or so to the Orchard Park Elementary School.  The outage, we are told, affects the school, along with other Blue Ridge customers on U-S 76.

Seneca Mayor Dan Alexander confirmed this morning his city is in talks for the donation to the city of what we are told is $1 million worth of museum-caliber furniture.  According to the mayor, the city expects word in December on the potential donation of what he says represents furniture contents of a museum.
