Annexation and zoning tonight at Seneca

Growing Seneca’s city limits is front and center tonight at the City Hall.  At 6 o’clock the planning commission will hold a hearing on Hank Higgins’ request to annex 134 Indian Oaks Road—property owned by Crescent Communities.  Higgins is requesting an R-20 zoning classification be assigned to the property.
