The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has selected Adam Ruh as one of the resident inspectors at the Oconee Nuclear Station. Feds project Oconee population increase

The next nationwide population count is a year and a half away, but the counters continue to be bullish on Oconee County. In the last population estimate, from last summer, the U-S Census Bureau projected Oconee’s population at 77,270. That’s a four percent increase during a seven-year period from the last Census in 2010 thru July 1 of last year.
