Seneca invites the public in tonight for a hearing on bus passenger service. Topics such as government grants to run the CAT buses, transit stops, and route changes are all fair game for comment tonight at City Hall. The public hearing starts at 6 o’clock. A similar hearing is planned at City Hall for the noon hour tomorrow.
