Library branches will be closed for holiday

Flurry of lawsuits allege medical malpractice

Three separate cases alleging medical malpractice were filed this week in the Oconee Common Pleas Court. The three lawsuits were filed by attorneys representing individual clients. There are multiple defendants—including a physician’s assistant, a doctor, a nurse, an assisted living facility, and the Greenville Health System. In a companion case to one of the lawsuits is a wrongful death action.
