Carol Campbell
Seneca – Carol Ann Adams Campbell, 76, wife of the late Kenneth Campbell, passed away Tuesday, January 24th, 2023 at Prisma Health – Oconee Memorial Hospital.
Born in Anderson, SC, Carol was the daughter of the late Ondie Thomas Adams and Elizabeth Milam Adams. Carol was a retired apartment manager and was of the Baptist Faith.
Carol is survived by her son, Bland Mathis Derrick, Jr. (Natalie); step-daughter, Angela Campbell Jenkins, Tonya Campbell Hawthorne; sister, Marian Burton (Doyle); grandchildren, Oliver Jenkins, Andee Jenkins, Abby Ciarla, Casey Derrick Stokes (Blake), Jacob Derrick (Megan), Lexie Padgett (Phillip), Tasha Ricard, Brianna Jordan (Ross), Zane Derrick (Kendall); and great-grandchildren, Tolan Derrick, Everett and Beau Padgett.
In addition to her husband and parents, Carol was predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law, Earl and Brenda Adams.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends and family from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
The family is at their respective homes. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carol’s memory may be made to Long Creek Baptist Church, 361 Academy Road, Westminster, SC
