Car hits tree near Seneca

A car driver received an early morning trip to the hospital after his car left highway 28/the Blue Ridge Boulevard near Seneca and struck a tree.  Seneca Fire Department reported the accident at 1:30 this morning in the vicinity of Strickland Marine.
