Body ID’d as Clemson student

The coroner says a body found yesterday in the Seneca River arm of Lake Hartwell was that of a Clemson student.  Coroner Karl Addis says he was 22 years old from India, a graduate student, who lived in a Clemson apartment near the lake and railroad.  According to Addis, it’s presumed the student jumped from the Norfolk Southern trestle that crosses the water.  Based on evidence gathered by law enforcement, the coroner has ruled the death a suicide.
