Birthday is a milestone for Oconeean

When someone turns 90 years old, it’s time for a round of applause.  That’s exactly what happened today at Foothills Assisted Living in West Union, as resident Ruth Canupp was feted with a large birthday cake by her family.  The cake was so large that there apparently was enough to hand out slices to the staff and the rest of the residents of that facility.
