Biden has priorities, so does the Oconee sheriff

A new president has his own goal, so does the sheriff of Oconee County.  Besides running the Golden Corner’s office of sheriff, Mike Crenshaw has a separate role as president of the South Carolina Sheriff’s Association.  It’s a duty that puts him into touch with 45 other county sheriffs in the state.  Crenshaw says the statewide group supports “some minimum standards” for all South Carolina law enforcement agencies.  Among other standards the association supports:  the elimination of no knock warrants; standards on hiring practices; the elimination of choke holds and neck restraints from any type of use of force; and a requirement by the state legislature to fully fund the South Carolina Body Worn Camera Law
