BETTY GILMORE

Westminster– Betty Jane Purvis Gilmore, 86, passed away on Tuesday, September 13^th, 2022 at her residence.

 

Born in Winter Haven, Florida, Betty was the daughter of the late Carl Purvis and Ethel Purvis.  Betty was a homemaker and of the Church of God Faith. Betty enjoyed quilting, fishing, and time spent with her family.

 

Betty is survived by her sons, Timothy Gilmore, Michael Gilmore, Mathew Gilmore, Jimmy Smith, and Steve Smith; sisters, Karleene Boyd, and Kay Perez; and numerous grandchildren.

 

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her son, Wayne Smith; and sisters Rita and Olita.

 

A memorial service for Betty will be held at a later date.
