BETH HOWARD
Westminster – Beth Rice Howard, 76, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 15th, 2023 at The Oaks of Seneca.
Born in Seneca, South Carolina, Beth was the daughter of the late William Fred Rice and Agnes Collins Rice. Beth was a retired social worker and was of the Baptist Faith.
Beth is survived by her son, Charles Ray Pitts of Westminster; three grandchildren, Matthew Tyler Pitts, Bethany Suzanne Pitts, and Morgan Pitts.
In addition to her parents, her first husband, Don Pitts, her second husband, Samuel Mendenhall, and her third husband, Herman Howard, Beth is preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Donald Pitts, and a brother Marshall Leon Rice.
No formal services will be held.
