Westminster – Lula Bess Keese Bowen, 101, widow of the late Dewey Ryal Bowen, 5857 West Oak Hwy, passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at her residence. A funeral service will be held 2 pm, Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Bethel Baptist Church. A private family burial will follow. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Sandifer Funeral Home. The family is at the residence.
