Westminster – Barbara Jean Lee Baker, 80, widow of the late Vardman Theo Baker, 506 S Hampton Street, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2017. A funeral service will be held 3 pm, Sunday, November 19, 2017 at the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm, prior to the service at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in First Baptist Cemetery.   The family is at the home of her son, Ricky Baker, 207 W.
