Bagwell to vote in favor of sewer refunds

The Walhalla position on refunds from the Joint Regional Sewer Authority is likely to be clearer tonight when a request from the city is placed in front of the JRSA policy-making board. One Walhalla leader, speaking only for himself, says he’s ready to vote to accept his city’s share. Councilman Tjay Bagwell says he’s thinking of fellow JRSA member city Westminster, which has been plagued by money troubles for the past few years.
