Avery King

Westminster– Avery Lee King, 20, passed away on Friday, February 3rd, 2023 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.

 

Born in Greenville, South Carolina, Avery was the son of Kenneth Clay King and Jessica King and the late Renee Rowland King. Avery attended West-Oak High School and was attending Tri-County Tech studying to be a heavy equipment operator. Avery had a great passion for coon and hog hunting, and he just loved the outdoors and was a known Jeep enthusiastic.

 

Avery is survived by his father, Kenneth Clay King and Jessica King of Westminster; Avery was known as a family man who loved his siblings; brothers, Noah King (Keslin) of Westminster, Dakota King , Waylon King, Landyn Phillips all of Westminster; sisters, Gabryella King of Westminster, Catlin Webb of Seneca, Lilly King, Stella King and Daisey King all of Westminster; step- mother, Tiffany Whitehead (Jeff) of Westminster; grandparents, Kenneth and Lynda King of Westminster, Ann and Michael Rowland of Walhalla; great grandmother, Annie Rowland of West Union and adoptive grandparents, Steve and Kim Webb  of Westminster; and numerous, aunts, uncles and cousins whom he loved dearly.

 

A graveside service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, February 11th, 2023 at Hopewell United Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Friday, February 10th, 2023 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
