Another high count of COVID-19 cases

South Carolina today will announce another high 24-hour count of COVID-19 cases.  In an interview being conducted at this hour by JoAnn Johnson of the Oconee Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Linda Bell, the state epidemiologist, said today’s report of new confirmed cases will add 1,497 to the running count.
