All in South Carolina should wear masks–Governor

Everyone in South Carolina, when in public and unable to social distance, should be wearing a mask.  That’s the newest recommendation from the governor.  But that’s not all.  Governor McMaster yesterday issued several orders, effective Monday, that further restrict the public gatherings.  The details are being broadcast today on 101.7/WGOG NEWS.
