The Franklin County community of Gumlog, Georgia has until 5 pm today take an online survey on whether to incorporate into a town.  The survey is open also to residents of Franklin County.  According to Lake Hartwell Radio WLHR, Derek Turner, the Franklin County manager, some Gumlog residents are open to the idea of incorporation.
