Sex charges pile up against Seneca teen

Tamassee man’s death still undetermined

The results of an autopsy are inconclusive, and Coroner Addis says more forensic testing is needed before a cause can be determined in the death of Tamassee resident Austin Wade Campbell.  The body of 24-year old Campbell was found Sunday afternoon in the Upper Whitewater Lake near his home.  A missing person alert was issued for Campbell two weeks ago.

Walhalla city Thanksgiving schedule

Walhalla city offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 25 and 26 for the Thanksgiving holidays.  Those offices will re-open 8:30 Monday morning, November 29.  Trash pickup is being adjusted.  Collections remain normal through tomorrow.  Those whose pickup day is normally Thursday will instead be required to have their roll carts out by 7 tomorrow morning for pickup tomorrow.
