Around 6 this morning, a car was found down an embankment near Seneca.  But, according to one public safety official, no one was hurt.  The accident scene was the Return Church Road.  

The allegation reads:  “Knowing and willful neglect of a vulnerable adult.”  That is the charge against a 51-year old woman near Seneca in a September incident in which authorities say an elderly  woman was left by a caregiver at an unreasonable risk of harm and safety.  Arrest records identify the accused as Tamatha Prater Bonner.  According to Jimmy Watt, spokesman […]
