At their meeting Monday, Oconee school trustees will take up the hiring of a county superintendent. It’s a matter reserved for an executive session, following the board’s regular open meeting. The trustees have set discussion amid speculation that Dr. Michael Thorsland, interim superintendent, will be offered the job permanently.
