West Union police changes

Jeff Richardson’s time as West Union police chief ended this morning at town hall.  At 9 this morning, Mayor Oliver swore in Sgt. Benjamin Hailey as the new police chief – succeeding Richardson who resigned effective Wednesday.  Corp. Jeremy Kennemore is in line to be promoted July 29 to the rank of sergeant.

Indictments are handed up in the Dornellas case
