Asphalt and concrete work at Seneca industry park

Seneca will spend up to $400 thousand in enhancements to the industry park that it shares with Oconee County. The park, located off the Shiloh Road adjoining Utica, is already home to three tenants. Both the city and the county have hopes to expand its use. According to Scott Moulder, city administrator and president of the Seneca Facilities Corporation, the corporation board on Wednesday authorized asphalt and concrete work there. He said, “This is to tear out and re-surface the entire side of the building to include road and dock approaches. There will be additional docks installed for Borg Warner, so new approaches to the docks will be installed.”
