Arrest made in stolen utility trailer investigation

After a stolen utility trailer was found near Seneca, Oconee Sheriff’s Office arrested a 32-year old man on multiple charges–including receiving stolen goods.  Besides receiving stolen goods, the following citations have been listed by the sheriff’s office against Kenneth Allen Barkley, resident of Fairfield Drive, Seneca:  driving under suspension, driving an uninsured vehicle, habitual traffic offender.  Barkley’s arrest was logged at 12:09 pm Monday.  He has since been released from jail under a combined personal recognizance bond of $8,337.50.
