Anne Jeter Phillips
Seneca, SC — Anne “Jeter” Lynn Phillips, 74, of 303 Delphi Drive, Seneca, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021, at Cottingham Hospice House.
A native of Allendale County, SC, Ms. Phillips was the daughter of the late Joseph Rochel Lynn, Jr. and Grace Elizebeth Jeter. She retired as a registered nurse from Oconee Memorial Hospital.
Ms. Phillips is survived by her brother: Robbie Lynn; and sister: Marian Lynn Olazabal; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family is at their respective homes. Davenport Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
