Andersonian charged with shoplifting in Oconee
A woman from the Anderson County town of Starr has been arrested and charged with shoplifting at the first year Hartwell Village Shopping Center in Oconee County. The crimes are alleged to have occurred last month at the Ulta Beauty store. Arrest warrants accused Emily Beth Madison, 25 years old, of leaving with store items worth $748 dollars without having paid.
