An eye out for those power crews

The spotting of as many as 14 electric power trucks between the Food Lion intersection and the Millbrook subdivision was seen today as an encouraging sign for thousands of Seneca area customers who remain without service, since the tornado hit during the 3 o’clock hour yesterday morning.  Blue Ridge official Denise McCormick said one dozen additional repairs crews arrived this morning from electric cooperatives in nearby states.  The hope is that some or all of those outages could be resolved by late this afternoon or early tonight.
