Additional charges against Jordan Scott Tilson

 Oconee Sheriff’s Office announced additional charges this morning against a 17-year old Walhallan, who was jailed over the weekend as the result of a fatal car accident on highway 11. Jordan Scott Tilson was arrested Sunday on charges of felony driving under the influence. He is now charged with distributing marijuana and Oxycodone. According to narcotics agents, an undercover operative bought marijuana and pills from Tilson January 15 at an address on the Duck Pond Road. Warrants charging Tilson with the drug offenses were obtained yesterday—two days after his arrest as part of the car accident investigation.
