A one-year anniversary is achieved

In recent years, planners have come and gone in the Oconee County Planning Department. Maybe that’s why an achievement announced last night was worthy of applause from the county planning commission. The commissioners applauded Adam Chapman after the county planner told them he is marking his first full year as planner and liaison to the planning commissioners, who recommend policy to the county council.
