A message to power Seneca customers

By yesterday, roughly 900 Seneca Light and Water customers remained without service.  But crews yesterday continued to re-build circuits in the areas of S. 6th Street, Utica, Adams subdivision and other parts of the territory.  Light and Water is holding to the projection that by Friday this week, 95% of the primary circuits will have been re-established.  Here’s a message that Light and Water stresses:  “Electric service cannot be re-established if the building’s meter base or the weather-head is damaged.  If damage has occurred, please have a certified electrician address the problem and notify the local building official.”
