Time for a Westminster streetscape

At least as the Westminster mayor sees it, the time is right for his city for a streetscape project to help attract new business to the downtown.  101.7/WGOG NEWS spoke with Mayor Brian Ramey during a public drop-in meeting where an outside design company displayed drawings of what a streetscape could look like, as well as gather public opinion.  And community support, the mayor agrees, is a necessary ingredient for streetscape to work.
