Car flips in front of shopping center

In a traffic accident this afternoon, a car overturned on Seneca’s WN First Street in front of Oconee Square Shopping Center.  No one reported hurt, but Police Chief Bowling says any time an accident occurs around 2:30 on a weekday afternoon at or near Miracle Circle, traffic congestion results.
