22-year sentence for man convicted of sex crimes

A 22-year prison term has been meted out to a Marietta resident who pleaded guilty to sex crimes in Pickens County. The sentence went to Tony Calhoun Fulmer and required 67-year old Fulmer to serve at least 18 and a half years before becoming eligible for parole. He pleaded guilty to criminal sexual conduct with a minor second degree and sexual exploitation of a minor second degree. A statement released under the name of Walt Wilkins, 13th Solicitor, reads, “The Pickens County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Tony Fulmer’s home and found he took explicit photos and video of the victim which he saved to his laptop.”
