123 By-Pass accident reported

Ambulances and other public safety vehicles are reported at the scene of an apparent traffic accident on the 123 Seneca By-Pass. The accident is believed to have occurred on the Seneca Drive side of the traffic light intersection in front of Lake Keowee Ford.  No other details immediately available.
