123 By-Pass accident in Seneca

101.7/WGOG has received a report of an accident on the 123 Seneca ByPass.  The accident involving an SUV and a construction trailer occurred in front of the Wendy’s Restaurant.  The collision has left the left lane blocked to traffic.
