$10 thousand theft leads to arrest

The theft of $10 thousand dollars from a home near Walhalla last summer has resulted in the arrest this week of an Oconee County woman.  Law enforcement records identify 32-year old Westminster area resident Tiffany Pauline Moore as having been arrested Monday on charges of burglary second degree and grand larceny.  The crimes were reported to the sheriff’s office by the victim, who after returning to his home in the Forest Acres area near Walhalla on July 22 discovered a door forced open. Ten thousand dollars left on a living room table was missing.
