Zoning business ahead for Seneca and Walhalla

Property owner Rebecca Burdette will ask the Seneca Board of Zoning Appeals tonight to grant her a variance at 619 S. Walnut Street.  The public hearing is set for 6 at City Hall.  The members of the board of zoning appeals in Walhalla are being asked to report for a meeting at 5:30 pm Monday, April 5 at the Depot.  Their business on that evening will be the election of a chairman and a vice-chairman, discussion of a variance to allow a business at 207 Booker Drive, and discussion of a special exception to allow a mobile home at 114 Norton Street.
