Westminster will be Big Footin on October 23

Those who enjoy the idea that there is a primate roaming the mountain sides will convene for a day of fun and entertainment on Saturday, October 23 in Westminster.  Dale Glymph gave a status report last night on plans for this year’s event for the street festival and parade, live music, and Sasquatch speakers.  Glymph told the city council a large crowd is expected, partly because a western North Carolina Big Foot festival at Marion has been called off.
