Vivian Lizzie Eades

Seneca, SC — Vivian Lizzie Eades, 81, wife of the late William Pee Wee Eades, of Seneca, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023, after a long battle with Alzheimers.

 

Mrs. Eades was the daughter of the late Pearlie and Lunnie Locklair of Lake City, SC. She retired from West Point Stevens after thirty plus years of service. Mrs. Eades was a godly woman of love, faith, and prayer who loved the Lord and singing gospel hymns around the house. She also loved and enjoyed attending her family church at Keowee Church of God of Prophecy, trips to the beach and mountains, and especially loved her family. Mrs. Eades was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed having family dinners and being surrounded by her family.

 

Mrs. Eades is survived by her daughters: Tammy Lynn Haley of Seneca, SC, and Kimberly James (Phil) of Pendleton, SC; grandchildren: Tyler Langston (Scarlet) of Piedmont, SC, Cody Haley (Samantha) of Seneca, SC, Keisha Ann Cawthon (Brian) of Westminster, SC, and Chastity James (Angel) of Wesminster, SC; eleven great-grandchildren with one on the way; brothers: William Locklair and Ray Locklair of Lake City, SC; sisters: Mamie Wilkes, Mary Wilkes, and Jane Jackson of Lake City, SC.

 

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Eades was preceded in death by her brothers: Wylie Locklair and Pearlie Locklair of Woodruff, SC.

 

The family will hold a private graveside service.
