Vandalism at rural church near Seneca

Vandals broke doors and windows Friday night at the Reedy Fork Baptist Church south of Seneca.  They broke windows in the lower section of the church building and doors and windows at the fellowship hall building.  Fud Cater, church minister of music, said the vandals left messages in the form of graffiti, but they didn’t appear clear enough to discern whether the vandals were part of a group or whether they were teenagers pulling a prank.  According to Cater, it’s unknown what time the crime occurred Friday night.  It was discovered Saturday morning, and that’s when a deputy sheriff arrived to start investigation.
