Special Westminster meeting

Westminster’s interim administrator, Jennifer Adams, has confirmed there will be a special city council meeting Wednesday, July 22 but it won’t be an occasion for the council to again take up the possibility of a mask law.  “This meeting,” says Adams, “will have Troy Rosier (an outside utility consultant) in attendance in order to discuss the water capital project, and a few other odds and ends….”  In a meeting last week, council consensus appeared to be a directive to the city attorney to prepare a resolution that would encourage, but not order, the wearing of facial coverings in public buildings. Planned also Wednesday is an executive session to discuss “the new applicants for City Administrator.”
