Special Westminster meeting

Westminster appears to be getting serious about filling the job of city administrator.  A special meeting has been announced for 7 tonight at City Hall.  One agenda item:  “Consider City Administrator Employment Offer.”  It’s believed the mayor and council, in recent weeks, have interviewed as many as five persons.
