Sally Studley

Westminster– Sally Ann Studley, 81, wife of Milton “Skip” Studley, passed away on Friday, June 24th, 2022 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

 

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Sally was the daughter of the late Oscar B. Fischer and Alma Mertz Fischer. Sally was a very active member at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, a member of the ladies’ guild. Sally’s greatest passion was for her church and her devotion to her religion, she enjoyed beautiful flowers, reading and crossword puzzles.

 

Sally is survived by her beloved husband Milton “Skip” Studley of 60 years; daughter, Dawn Hospelhorn (Joe Strickland); two grandchildren, Randie Nichole McAlister (Ian) and Michael Studley Hospelhorn (Angelica); one great grandson, Asher Bryce Hospelhorn.

 

Sally was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Michael Milton Studley; sister, Barbara Wetzel; stepmother, Vera Kohlberg and son in-law, James Hospelhorn.

 

A funeral mass will be held 1:00 pm, Friday, July 1st, 2022 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with burial to follow at a later date at MJ “Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery. A reception will follow the service St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 231 Rothell Road Ext, Toccoa, GA 30577.
