ROBERT LEE ROACH

Walhalla SC– Robert Lee Roach, 73, husband of the late Janet Ruth Miller Roach, of Walhalla, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at The Legacy at Southpoint Drive.

 

A native of Walhalla, SC, Mr. Roach was the son of the late Clark Lewis and Lois Lee Roach. He retired from water treatment and was of the Christian faith.

 

Mr. Roach is survived by his daughters: Allison Smith (Matthew) and Amy Viars (Andy); sisters: Barbara Varnell, Elaine Hancox, and Pat Hinton; grandchildren: Emma Viars, Garrett Viars, Lucas Smith, and Ansley Smith.

 

In addition to his parents, Mr. Roach was preceded in death by his brothers: Edwin Roach and David Roach.

 

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Walhalla, SC.

 

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 309 Bethel Church Rd., Walhalla, SC 29691.
