Patsy Waters
Westminster – Lucy Patricia “Patsy” Brock Waters, 81, wife of the late Jerry Donnie Waters, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at the Prisma Health Cottingham Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.
Born November 18th, 1942, in Westminster, South Carolina, Patsy was the daughter of the late Robert Bussey and Wyolene Smith Brock. Patsy was retired from Janzen and later worked at Bilo and Water’s. Patsy had a great passion for the Lord, enjoyed traveling and was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
Patsy is survived by her son, Kevin Brock and wife Lisa of Westminster; brother, Robert Brock and wife Donna of Westminster; grandson, Tucker Brock and wife Kaitlyn of Westminster; granddaughter, Tiffany Brock of Westminster; two great granddaughters, Wren and Lucy Kate Brock; sister in-laws, Linda Waters and Margaret Brock; and special friend and caregiver, Evelyn Phillips.
Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her brother, Harold Brock.
A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm, Friday, August 9th, 2024 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at First Baptist Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and family, from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm, prior to the service, at Sandifer Funeral Home.
