One defense witness left

A medical examiner is expected to be the State’s final witness in this week’s Oconee murder trial.  Once the jury hears the testimony of Dr. Brett Woodard, the defense for R-L Webb will have its opportunity.  Before the mid-day break, Judge Lawton McIntosh advised Webb of his right to either testify or to not testify.  Webb got the lunch break to decide, and the judge will expect his answer once all state witnesses have testified.  McIntosh cautioned Webb that, should he take the stand, the prosecution will have the right to try to poke holes in his testimony.
