Oconee Census response rate at 40%

A Census worker says, so far, the Oconee response rate to the mailed out population question is 40% which ranks the county 26th among the 46 counties.  David Carfolite continues to urge Oconeeans to take the few minutes required to do their civic duty. The response rate from three Lake Keowee communities is so high that Carfolite says if they were a state, they’d rank among the top 10 states in the country for responses.
