Municipal governing bodies to meet

Municipal governing authorities in both Seneca and West Union hold their regular November meetings tomorrow night at their regular meeting locations.  Business before the Seneca City Council includes free Thanksgiving meals at the Shaver Recreation Complex.  Scott Moulder, city administrator, will also bring up mobile COVID-19 testing at the Shaver center.  Seneca and West Union council meetings will start at 6 o’clock.
