The corporate limits of Seneca are a cleaner place, courtesy of a public service project carried out yesterday by the Seneca police and members of the community.   The public service project was carried out to help mark Martin Luther King Day.  Casey Bowling, police chief, says around 100 bags of general trash were filled.  The litter patrol also removed discarded tires, along with pieces of gutter likely to have been blown down by last April’s tornado.
